Philip Kim, Esq., is one of Pensky & Kim's founding partners.  Over the years, he has handled thousands of cases ranging from bankruptcies, to drunk driving cases, to murder cases.  He has taken over 60 cases to trial, and has compiled an impressive trial record.

Mr. Kim is originally from the Philadelphia area.  He attended college at the University of Pennsylvania, and then went on to study at the University of Michigan Law School.  Over the years, he has worked as a legal assistant for the law firm of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer, & Feld, interned for the Department of Justice, and clerked for the Public Defender Service in Washington, D.C.  Upon coming to Miami, he served for three years as Assistant Public Defender for the Miami-Dade County Public Defender's Office, and then went into private practice with the founding of the Law Office of Philip Kim in Miami Beach.  He later co-founded the firm of Pensky & Kim where he has continued to fight aggressively to help his clients protect their legal rights.

Mr. Kim is a member of the Florida Bar and the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (Miami).
