Our initial consultation is always FREE of charge.
Here at Pensky & Kim, we strive to provide our experience and personal service at a reasonable price. Criminal cases are handled for a fixed fee or on a graduated fee schedule. Personal injury cases are handled on a contingency fee basis. Other civil cases are typically handled on a per hour basis.
How does a contingency fee work? It's very simple. With a contingency fee, we do not get paid unless you get paid. Our fees will be calculated as a percentage of whatever money we are able to recover for you.
For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, and have payment plans available.
